Week 1 & 2 Communicate in the Workplace

What have we covered:

• Communicate in the Workplace Assessment handed out in Week 1 - due in Week 3 in your class time. Part A, the last part of Part C, and Part D are written. Part B & C are a role-play and presentation to be done in class.
• Remember to turn up to class on time - especially for assessments. The doors will be locked at 1.30pm unless you have a very good excuse.
• We have covered all the Learning Outcomes listed in the Student Workbook: Communicate in the Workplace
• We have logged on to the www.flexiblelearning.net.au and found the Retail Toolbox 212 and worked through the activities
